(Poetic) اوهان جي در تي ٻرندڙ هر ڏيئو من جي هر ڪنڊ کي روشن ڪري، آسمان ۾ ٽڙندڙ هر ڦلجهڙي اوهان جي خوابن کي تارن تائين پهچائي، ۽ آخري ڏيئو وسامڻ کان پوءِ به گهر جي خوشيءَ جي روشني ڪڏهن به گهٽ نه ٿئي : ڏياريءَ جون لک لک مبارڪون! May every lamp at your door brighten every corner of your heart, may every sparkler carry your dreams to the stars, and may your home's joy never dim even after the last lamp goes out : lakhs of Diyari greetings!
(Tradition) ڏياريءَ تي هٽڙي سجائي لڇمي ماتا جي پوڄا ڪرڻ جي اسان جي سنڌي ريت اوهان جي گهر ۾ سدائين برڪت ۽ سک آڻي، ۽ اوهان جو هر ڪاروبار هٽڙيءَ وانگر سهڻو ۽ ڀريل رهي. May our Sindhi custom of decorating the hatri and worshipping Lakshmi Mata on Diyari always bring blessings and happiness to your home, and may your business stay as beautiful and full as the hatri.
(Letter) پيارا دوست، هن ڀيري تنهنجي گهر اچي ڏيئا ٻاري نه سگهيس، تنهن ڪري هن پيغام سان هڪ مٽيءَ جو ڏيئو، ٿوري مٺائيءَ جي مٺاس ۽ گهڻو پيار موڪليان ٿو : پنهنجي دريءَ تي رکجانءِ، اسين هڪ ئي روشنيءَ ۾ آهيون. Dear friend, I couldn't come to light lamps at your home this time, so I'm sending a clay lamp, a little sweetness and lots of love : keep it at your window; we're in the same light.
(Nostalgic) ياد اٿئي، ننڍپڻ ۾ امڙ سان گڏ هٽڙي سجائڻ، ڏيئن ۾ تيل وجهڻ ۽ وڏڙن کان ٻهراڻي صاحب جون ڳالهيون ٻڌڻ؟ اهائي معصوم خوشي هن ڏياريءَ تي وري اوهان جي گهر موٽي اچي. Remember decorating the hatri with mother as a child, filling the lamps with oil and hearing the elders' stories of Baharano Sahib? May that same innocent joy return to your home this Diyari.
(Spiritual) لڇمي ماتا اوهان جي گهر ۾ ڌن ڌان جي برسات ڪري، جهوليلال سائين هر مشڪل آسان ڪري، ۽ اوهان جو ڪٽنب سڄو سال سک ۽ شانتيءَ ۾ رهي. May Lakshmi Mata shower wealth on your home, may Jhulelal Sain ease every difficulty, and may your family live in happiness and peace all year.
(Motivational) هڪ ننڍو ڏيئو سڄي اماوس کان نٿو ڊڄي، بس پنهنجي جاءِ تي ٻرندو رهي ٿو؛ اوهان به هن سال هر مشڪل اڳيان ائين ئي ثابت قدم رهو. A small lamp doesn't fear the whole new-moon night; it just keeps burning in its place. May you stay just as steadfast before every difficulty this year.
(For those far away) اُلهاس نگر هجي يا هانگ ڪانگ، اڄ رات دريءَ تي هڪ ڏيئو ضرور ٻاريو، امڙ کي وڊيو ڪال تي هٽڙي ڏيکاريو : ان ننڍي لاٽ ۾ اوهان جي سڄي ڪٽنب جون دعائون ٻري رهيون آهن. Whether in Ulhasnagar or Hong Kong, light a lamp in your window tonight and show mother the hatri on a video call : your whole family's prayers burn in that small flame.
(Business) نئين کاتي ۾ هن سال شڀ لاڀ جون نيون سٽون جڙن، هر سودو ڀروسي تي ٽڪي : اوهان کي ۽ اوهان جي ٽيم کي ڏياريءَ جون مبارڪون. May new lines of good fortune and profit be added to the new ledger this year, and may every deal rest on trust : Diyari greetings to you and your team.
